As one of a series of new and refurbished leisure centers for a Waverley Borough Council in Surrey this new build scheme has a striking entrance façade encompassing a first floor fitness studio, illuminated at night, looking out over the surrounding streets. The curved wall forming the corner of the studio was key to the success of the design intent and the building information model was used to make sure the production drawings delivered this vision.
