The Grand Hyatt West Tower Hotel Life Cycle BIM Project (The H2 Hotel project) was launched to enhance the competitiveness of the Incheon International Airport in the 21st century and to facilitate successfully hosting the Asian Games. The H2 Hotel is largely divided into room and service areas, and for the podium of the service area, BOH and traffic lines were designed in consideration of the integrated management scheme within the existing H1 Hotel. The room area was modeled after the movements of aircraft wing currents and sea waves, with the characteristics of main customers being forecasted, and these aspects are reflected in the layouts of the rooms
