Since 1995, all projects at The Orcutt/Winslow Partnership have been designed, presented, and documented using Graphisoft ArchiCADs Virtual Building (or BIM) approach. There are a number of benefits to this approach as we see it.
In this Junior High School example, the BIM approach facilitated design communication to the owner, ensured coordination and accuracy of the documents, and allowed the in-house design team, consulting engineers, and material suppliers to collaborate to produce a well-documented design.
