Slim BIM Charts
A slim BIM chart is a visual and numeric method for representing the level of BIM adoption and implementation, using only four variables;
- BIM adoption rate
- depth of implementation
- level of proficiency
- years using BIM
Three types of slim BIM charts are developed
- Diamond Chart: uses four variables.
- Triangle Chart: uses three variables except for BIM adoption rate.
- Ball Chart: uses two variables: BIM adoption rate and either one of depth of BIM implementation or level of proficiency.
